Welcome to the first video on XDF TV! In this tutorial I did a sultry + smoky soft glam. I tried out a new powder blush, and also broke into my new Lime Crime Venus palette. For finishing touches I curled my hair for thick soft curls, and used a new sheer gloss (products are linked below x).
I love how this look turned out! It was my first time of placing my blush all across my face like that, hence why everything looks full and soft, rather than lifted and sculpted. It is quite a dark look, but the blush and rose gold shimmer warms it all up. This – alongside the girlish curls – helped to make everything look more sultry/ inviting, rather than cold and abrasive. It really is the perfect makeup to match with the red velvet gown I hand sewed last month!
